Welcome to another episode from the Leadership Series with Bayt. Joy Ajlouny is a serial entrepreneur from Sillicon Valley. She currently lives in Dubai where she co-founded Fetchr, a delivery app that has disrupted the Middle Eastern Market.

Fetchr has won numerous awards and become the darling for investors and venture capitalists, as well as an inspiration for other entrepreneurs.

Fetchr was ranked in 2nd place on the list of the most promising UAE Start-ups by Forbes in 2016. Joy Ajlouny had a series of start-ups, including Bonfaire, a platform for emerging designers, which she successfully exited.

Her mission in life is to develop the MENA start-up ecosystem and to make a difference in the Arab World, particularly for refugees.
