Navin Valrani is the CEO of the Arcadia Preparatory School and CEO of the engineering services cluster of the Al Shirawi Group, a family-owned industrial conglomerate based in Dubai. Valrani studied at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA from the London Business School. He won the Arabian Business Indian CEO of the year award in 2015.

Valrani is also an engaged philanthropist, creating the Monica and Navin Valrani Scholarship fund to help female Indian students to pursue graduate degrees and heading the Arcadia Preparatory School, a private English National Curriculum School in Dubai.
